Quotes and choosing a firm
A budget match, first reply or quote summary is not a works contract. Confirm scope, materials, programme, payment and warranty with the firm. Selecting a firm on the platform only records your choice.
Cases and reviews
Firms must have the right to share uploads and describe image sources truthfully. Reviews should describe your own experience on the platform. Listing and publishing reviews need admin review. Being listed is not a quality guarantee.
Respect others and content rights
Do not impersonate others, upload unauthorised work, share private addresses or send harassment. You can block a firm or report a problem in a private conversation.
